EARLS COURT PETITION NEARS 700 SIGNATURES

An online petition urging communities secretary Eric Pickles to launch a public inquiry against the approved planning applications for the demolition of the Earls Court Exhibition Centres and West Kensington and Gibbs Green Estates has attracted nearly 70

The Labour London Assembly has thrown its weight behind the campaign to retain the Earls Court exhibition centres, calling on London Mayor Boris Johnson to halt its demolition.

The Association of Event Organisers (AEO) has called on the industry to shout louder about the loss of Earls Court if we are to have any chance of securing adequate space for exhibitions in the future.
