posted on: 2014-04-16 11:22:59
Prime Minister David Cameron has endorsed the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) Inquiry for Events.

Exhibitions in the UK attract more than 13 million visitors every year, Michael Hirst chairman of Business Visits & Events Partnership revealed on Day Two of International Confex.

The events industry was urged to improve its sharing of best practice and partnerships with local authorities by MP Nick de Bois yesterday (16 December) as he presented the first All Party Parliamentary Group Inquiry Report.

Britain for Events has created two new member groups as part of a programme to develop the campaign as it builds up to the launch of the All Party Parliamentary Group inquiry.
