LEVIN TO LEAVE UBM EARLIER THAN EXPECTED

UBM’s CEO David Levin will step down four months earlier than previously announced after being appointed president CEO of McGraw-Hill Education in New York.

Exhibition organiser Tarsus has announced a series of acquisitions in China, Turkey and France, following “another excellent year for the Group”.

UBM SEES REVENUES IN LINE WITH EXPECTATIONS

UBM has said its trading in the fourth quarter has been “as anticipated” with 2013 full year reported revenues to be approximately £800m, “in line with market expectations”.

The ITE Group has reported increased results for the financial year 2013 “a little ahead of forecasts” reflecting a surge in revenues.

Exhibition organiser Tarsus has said the group remains confident of “an excellent result” for 2013 as forward bookings are currently 12 per cent ahead of 2012 on a like-for-like basis.
