Cross Media has pledged to reassess its ticketing and queuing processes for future shows, after holding its biggest Hyper Japan show.

Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) has reported strong growth at the end of its 2012/13 financial year, with the total number of events held at the venue increasing by eight per cent to 611.
