Senior Sales Executive/Manager

Our Client is a very well established and respected Exhibition Organiser whose portfolio of magazines, conferences and exhibitions are ever growing. This forward thinking, creative and truly profitable organiser (growing profit by over 300% in the past 6 years) are looking for an experienced and confident sales manager to join their team to help move this particular event forward.

If you are a senior sales exec that’s ready to make the next step or have a few years of established sales management under your belt then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities

 Maximise all potential revenue to achieve/exceed sales targetsManage and motivate staff

  • Run weekly sales meeting
  • To maximise sponsorship sales from existing clients
  • Write, execute and manage the sales plan
  • Write and action major account plans and competitive strategies
  • Report on sales activity and sales results
  • Weekly and monthly sales forecasting
  • Maintain, develop and manage database records and sales communication
  • Attend competitor events
  • Contribute ideas to develop the event – read trade press, exploit knowledge to spot new opportunities

You will man manage one other sales executive and be responsible for mentoring, motivating and developing this person. You will hold weekly sales meeting and reports to deliver to the sales director and be ultimately responsible for achieving target.
