BBC Haymarket seeks new visitors with Spring Good Food Show

BBC Haymarket has claimed a new Spring edition of its BBC Good Food Show at Bluewater Events Venue will deliver a different base of visitors to its existing products.

The organiser will launch BBC Good Food Show Spring at the forthcoming Bluewater venue from 12 to 15 April 2012. BBC Haymarket Exhibitions MD Laura Biggs said it had been thinking about launching a Spring edition for some time to complement its seasonally focused Summer and Winter events.

“The new Events Venue at Bluewater presents us with a very exciting opportunity to meet new visitorsfrom Kent and Essex who we know are not attending our existing Good Food Shows in any significant volume,” she continued.

“Tens of thousands of people flock to Bluewater every day and the opportunity to pre-promote the show to a captive audience is a very interesting, new and effective way to market.”

Earlier this week, VOS Media revealed it would launch a boutique edition of its Vitality Show at Bluewater next April.

VOS and BBC Haymarket are among several consumer show organisers who have booked into Bluewater, which is due to open in late 2011.
