750 of the exhibition industry’s finest descended on the Business Design Centre on Friday 20 May to celebrate the fifth annual Exhibition News Awards.
Winners and special commendations were given in 19 categories covering company and individual achievement. A judging panel made up of industry executives from the venue, organiser and supplier sectors decided each.

UBM reveals earlier 2017 dates for KBB London

Organiser UBM has announced the 2017 edition of KBB London has moved to take place earlier alongside Ecobuild in March.

The Emergency Services Show (ESS) has reported its ninth consecutive year-on-year increase in visitor numbers, following a record total of 6,151 at its 2015 edition.

Lisa Brown joins The Ticket Factory

The Ticket Factory, part of the NEC Group, has announced the appointment of Lisa Brown as client services director, where she look after the Genting Arena and Barclaycard Arena accounts as well as wider promoter allocations and artist services.

Manchester Central is to host the last Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Roadshow event of the year, on 28 October, the Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) has announced.
