All-Energy 2011, organised by Media Generation Events in partnership with the Qatar MICE Development Institute (QMDI), has reported an increase in visitor numbers, exhibitors and sold space.
Taking place on 18 and 19 May at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC), the show brought an unaudited 8,000 visitors up from 7,000 in 2010. Exhibitor numbers and sold space reached 580 and 6,600sqm, up from 450 and 5,280sqm respectively the previous year.
All-Energy has grown consistently since its launch in 2001, and is held in association with RenewableUK, Scottish Renewables, the Aberdeen Renewable Energy Group and UK Trade and Industry.
Next year's event will run from 23 to 24 May at the AECC.
Contractor Freeman UK and project management firm Mayridge will be part of a forum later this month to discuss the growing roll of creativity in the export of UK events.
Manchester’s EventCity has installed a bespoke Changing Places toilet at the venue providing an easier ‘gold standard’ facility for disabled people and carers to use.
