The debut International Outdoor Event Expo (IOEX) has launched a new networking event giving event organisers and agencies the opportunity to meet landowners with potential new event spaces.
Dubbed ‘speed-networking’, the half-hour initiative will be held on 7 March during the three-day show at Excel London. Registered organisers and landowners will be scheduled into meetings of no more than five minuteseach during the networking event at the networking bar.
“An event of this nature has never been seen before in an exhibition feature area and will provide agreat opportunity to bring people together, allowing landowners and top agencies a wealth of connections to find what they are looking for,” IOEX sales director Mark Gordon claimed. “Anyone can get involved and I think it’s a great way to meet agencies and to introduce never used before event spaces.”
IOEX is co-located with International Confex and runs from 6 to 8 March. Among new initiatives planned at this year’s Confex is an exhibition organiser day on 6 March.
