Warwickshire-based events management company 360 Creative Event Services is able to recruit new staff and grow the business after securing a seven-figure financing package from Santander Corporate Banking.

The company says the new funding leaves it well-placed to secure new contracts, particularly for the Olympic Games. The business has also moved its full banking facilities to Santander as part of the deal.

360 Creative provides services to 1,000 events annually including sporting events such as the Grand National, Wimbledon and the F1 British Grand Prix, as well as conferences and meetings for bluechip clients such as BT and Renault.

Owners David Walley and David Harding bought the original audiovisual company out of administration in 2010, restructuring and rebranding it, and branching out into themed attractions to extend the otherwise seasonal nature of the business.

“It has been great working with the team at Santander Corporate Banking who really took the time to get to know our business and our plans and understand the vision we have for the company,” Harding said. “This is an exciting time for 360, and I look forward to our next phase of development.”

Santander Corporate Banking relationship director Michael Durkin was delighted to be supporting the events company.

“At Santander, we pride ourselves on building relationships with successful, growing companies with strong management teams - of which 360 is a great example,” he said.
