Research provider Zing Insights has been awarded the 2012 research contract for Brand Events’ consumer food show in Regent’s Park, Taste of London.
Under the new deal, Zing will be conducting a programme of attendee analysis, which will include use of its new research pods onsite at the event and post-show online surveying.
The pods are standalone and based on iPad devices that operate offline, making them appropriate for areas where Wi-Fi is patchy or unavailable. The units are battery powered.
“We’re thrilled to be working with Brand Events and on such a fabulous brand,” said Zing director Lisa Holt. “Our research pods will provide a great brand touchpoint for visitors.”
Taste of London runs from 21 to 24 June and attracted 50,000 attendees last year.
