The combined deal between N200 and SO Visit, the registration division of SO Group, has been completed.

As previously reported in EN, the new company will rebrand under the name N200, a member of SO Group.

“This merger cements our position as Europe’s leading event registration and data intelligence company,” said N200’s CEO Bart Van Bijnen. “By doubling in size, we will be able to deliver more innovation, more functionality and more support to our clients than ever before.

“With our suite of tools, our clients are able to fully administer their visitor promotion campaigns, tap the potential of social media, encourage their exhibitors to 'go viral', manage their data and measure marketing efficacy at every stage.”

N200 clients include Amsterdam RAI, Brintex, Clarion Events, CloserStill Media, easyFairs, Fresh Montgomery, i2i Events Group, Reed Business International, UBM, VNU Exhibitions Europe and William Reed Business Media.

“We are delighted to welcome N200 to SO Group,” said SO Group chairman Nick Caplan. “We continually strive to work more efficiently with our clients and provide them with solutions that they can deploy across their business.

“We understand how important it is for them to be able to manage, measure and deliver consistent customer experiences wherever their events are staged.

“This merger strengthens our ability to support our clients on a global scale. In combining the best of our respective offerings, we deliver an enterprise-wide platform that enables our clients to mine their data assets and use it to prove the value in their proposition to their customers.”

SO Group employs over 300 people and has an annual turnover in excess of £50 million.

Media 10 has appointed SO Group as the show organiser’s sole contractor for the next four years.
