independent hotel show

The joint organisers of London’s first Independent Hotel 12 show claim to have sold 80 per cent of its floorplan 12 weeks out from launch.

Single Market Events and Fresh Montgomery announced plans for the new boutique hotel show last November and claimed the event could fit 140 exhibitors and up to 4,000 visitors.

The launch edition will be held in the West Hall of Olympia from 16 to 17 October.

The organisers said more than 120 of the industry’s most prestigious and quality companies are now on-board including Gilchrist and Soames, Hypnos design beds, Bagno Design, Cooke and Mason, Spa Creators, McLaren Furniture, FastBooking, Mr and Mrs Smith and Nespresso.

The pair also claimed 1,500 hoteliers had registered for the event. Target attendees include independent, luxury and boutique hotels, B&Bs, guesthouses, pubs and restaurants with rooms.

Core content will include free-to-attend sessions split into Industry Issues and Business Solutions theatres, head-to-head interviews with industry experts and a networking bar. Further details have not yet been released.
