The organiser of The Flooring Show has announced an enhanced seminar and conference programme ahead of next month’s event.

The event at Harrogate International Centre, Harrogate, from 2 to 4 September, will feature more than 110 exhibitors from 10 countries.

Business sectors covered include healthcare, sports and leisure, retail, education, office, residential development and restaurant and hotel.

The show celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.

“We have spent a lot of time talking to the market and devising a comprehensive seminar programme that genuinely addresses the needs of hard-pressed retailers,” said the show’s conference director Ian Harper.

“With the theme ‘Building the profitability of your business in a tough economic climate’ the aim is to assist retailers to develop their high street presence into a strong customer offer that promotes floor coverings as the central ingredient of domestic interior design.”

The show is organised by Wendy Adams Associates and Media Generation.
Back in June, the show claimed that its exhibitor space was nearly full.
