BETA International introduces new business seminars

BETA International, a trade fair for the equestrian, country clothing and pet product sectors, will feature new business seminars on retailing for its 2013 show.
Organisers have also revealed that stand bookings are at their highest equivalent figure since 2008.
To date, 157 companies have signed up to exhibit in 2013. This is 17 more than this time last year, with an increase in stand space of 321sqm.
“We are feeling extremely positive about the high level of exhibitor applications we are receiving,” said Claire Thomas, commercial manager of EMC, organiser of BETA International.
“Figures are up on those of the same time last year and at their highest for four years. This is a wonderful endorsement of the trade fair and a strong indication of its strength, moving forwards to 2013.”
There were an audited 4,373 visitors at the 2012 show at the NEC, Birmingham in February.
The Scottish Festivals and Events Association (SEFA), a new trade organisation, representing the interests of the nation's events and festivals industry, launched officially on 16 May.
Four De Boer employees paced the streets of London to raise money for a good cause this month.
The team all completed the MoonWalk London event on 11 May.
