The 2012 edition of Packaging Innovations Show London will play host to a new Best of British feature to showcase products that have been re-branded to celebrate the events of 2012.
The event, at the Business Design Centre, Islington, will be on 4 and 5 October.
There will be 155 exhibitors at the show and organiser easyFairs is expecting a "healthy" increase on last year’s 2,382 visitor attendance.
The event will feature 40 free mini learnShops covering the challenges facing the fast-growing online sector for general merchandise products and some of the work they are doing to improve process and packaging performance.
Retail giants Coca-Cola, Tesco Direct and The Fairtrade Foundation have all signed up to speak at the show.
VisitBritain is set to resume responsibility for international business events promotion as part of the recommendations emerging from the government’s Triennial Review of VisitBritian and VisitEngland.
