The 2012 edition of Packaging Innovations Show London will play host to a new Best of British feature to showcase products that have been re-branded to celebrate the events of 2012.

The event, at the Business Design Centre, Islington, will be on 4 and 5 October.

There will be 155 exhibitors at the show and organiser easyFairs is expecting a "healthy" increase on last year’s 2,382 visitor attendance.

The event will feature 40 free mini learnShops covering the challenges facing the fast-growing online sector for general merchandise products and some of the work they are doing to improve process and packaging performance.

Retail giants Coca-Cola, Tesco Direct and The Fairtrade Foundation have all signed up to speak at the show.

There were record numbers for the show last year.

The 2013 easyFairs Packaging & Print Portfolio event will take place on 27 and 28 February in Halls 18 and 19 at the NEC.
